PEI Command President Comrade Jack MacIsaac is presenting Comrade Katy Henry, Zone Commander for East Prince, with a Certificate of Appreciation for her continual volunteer service to both Provincial Command and her Zone and Branch as a female sports chaperone for numerous years. Comrade Brenda MacMillan is presenting PEI Command with a handmade wall tapestry for display in the Command Office, accepting on behalf of Command is Command President Comrade Jack MacIsaac.
