He served as a Private in the # 8 Anti-Tank Battery in the North Atlantic. PETERS, Albert Joseph “Bert” WWII Albert “Bert” was born in the Bloomfield District, son of Leon and Josephine (Peters) Peters. He enlisted in the Army in May 1943 and was discharged in April 1946.
