CRA Information Sessions

To: All PEI Branches of the Royal Canadian Legion PEI Command.

Branch management, and Executive,
As the 2018 income tax reporting period is fast approaching, the PEI Command of the RCL in partnership
with the Canada Revenue Agency, Service Canada and the Province of PEI is putting together information
sessions to inform seniors and veterans and, to discuss a variety of federal and provincial benefits available
for individuals and families.
This program is called “Be Aware and Get Your Share”
There will be 3 sessions across the Island, one in the West, one Central and one in the East.
To that effect representatives from the Canada Revenue Agency, Service Canada and the Province of
PEI will be on hand to discuss and inform you on a variety of federal and provincial government benefits
available. You may be eligible for federal or provincial benefits that you don't know about.
We ask that you inform your membership and people at large by posting the enclosed poster in a prominent
place in your branch and community.
The schedule sessions are: location/date/time
Monday, February 18 th - Wellington Br. No. 17 at 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday, February 19 th - Kingston Br. No. 30 at 1:30 p.m.
Thursday, February 21 st - Montague Br. No. 8 at 6:30 p.m.
Storm date one week later same place, same time.
