Reactivation of ALC Video Lottery Terminals

Hi Comrades,

Today, June 12, 2020,  the Guardian newspaper contained an article by Doctor Morrison stating that Phase 4 of 'Renew PEI Together'  has given the green light to start gambling at casinos and on  VLT's starting June 26th.

Upon reading this news I have contacted ALC earlier this morning to determine what we as a Legion must do to prepare for the reactivation of the VLT's.

Please read the attached document which outlines the information I received from ALC..  There are strict guidelines that must be followed and training will be provided by ALC to each Branch.
