Military Profession requirements

The only Profession in Canada:

1. That often requires you to work consecutive 168 hour work weeks, with NO overtime pay.

2. That often requires that you spend hours standing rigid and unmoving without being allowed to speak. (Drill & Ceremonial)

3. That can legally fire you BECAUSE you got hurt on the job. (Universality of Service).

4. That can legally dock your pay and /or throw you in jail simply because you were not wearing your clothing properly, you had not shaved, or your hair was too long. (National Defense Act, QR&O's)

5. That can legally dock your pay and/or throw you in jail if you don't show up for work on time (Absent Without Authority)

6. That can legally dock your pay and/or throw you in jail for acting what it deems inappropriately in public. (Conduct Unbecoming / Act, conduct, disorder, or neglect to the prejudice of good order and discipline)

7. That can legally dock your pay or throw you in jail simply for not doing what your BOSS says. (Disobeying a Lawful command)

8. That is the only profession in Canada that can legally order you to perform tasks that will probably result in your death or bodily harm,  and if you refuse, will throw you in jail for "LIFE'. (Mutiny, cowardice, desertion)
